Head of the Risk area at Vinci Partners. Between 2010 and 2015 he was CFO of Austral Seguradora e Resseguradora, a company in the da Vinci Private Equity portfolio. Previously he was head of the da Vinci National Back Office. In 2008 he was Head of the Back Office at UBS Pactual and was also Head of Operational Risk for Latin America. He began his career at Banco Pactual in the foreign exchange area where he was a trader and, later, responsible for the Operational Risk area. He holds a degree in Production Engineering from UFRJ with a postgraduate degree in Economics also from UFRJ and a Masters in Risk from NYU.
