Founding Partner and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vinci Partners. He was a partner at Banco Pactual and responsible for the investment, corporate finance and hedge fund areas. From 2006 to 2009, he was the main director of UBS Pactual Gestora de Investimentos Alternativos. Between 1998 and 2009, he was part of the Executive Committee of Banco Pactual and UBS Pactual, participating in the institution's strategic and corporate decisions. He studied Electrical Engineering at PUC-Rio.
