Co-head of Private Equity at Vinci Partners, Gabriel has served on the Board of Directors of several companies in the da Vinci portfolio, such as Burger King, Unidas and Cecrisa, and is currently on the Board of Directors of Austral, CBO, Le Biscuit, Vero, Agi and Pharmax. In 2007, he joined the Private Equity group of UBS Pactual Gestora de Investimentos Alternativos. From 2008 to 2010, he was assigned to portfolio company Inbrands, where he served as CEO and CFO. Previously, he was an analyst at Banco BBM's Venture Capital operation, business consultant at McKinsey & Co., M&A manager at Vivo and associate at GP Investimentos. He holds a degree in Engineering from UFRJ and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
