Chairman of Private Equity and Head of Investor Relations at Vinci Partners. He is a member of the Board of Directors of LAVCA and several companies in the da Vinci portfolio, such as Austral, CBO, Domino's Pizza, Grupo CURA and Vero Internet. He also holds the Presidency of the Board of Directors of Instituto Órizon, a non-profit institute founded by Vinci Partners and three other alternative asset managers. The Órizon Institute works with the concept of Venture Philanthropy applied to NGOs focused on education in Brazil. He started his career at Banco Pactual in 1996 as a senior analyst for Banking, Beverages, Retail, Food and Tobacco. He became a partner at the Bank in 2001 and led the proprietary equity and debt investment desk in developed markets. Between 2006 and 2009, he worked at UBS Pactual Gestora de Investimentos Alternativos, already involved in the Private Equity strategy. In 2009, he joined Vinci Partners as a partner, where he has been dedicated to Private Equity strategy since the beginning. He holds a degree in Economics from PUC-Rio, holds a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification and completed the OPM 50 at Harvard Business School.
