Bio

Andreas is Head of Operational Excellence at Viking Venture. He has extensive project experience and enjoys working integrated with the portfolio companies to grow their businesses. His main focus is on business models and pricing, creating scalable sales engines towards new and existing customers and managing churn. Prior to joining Viking Venture, Andreas spent more than 5 years with Boston Consulting Group (BCG) advising clients on strategic, operational and financial topics. He has extensive international experience and has lived and worked in more than 5 countries. Andreas has a MSc in Industrial Economics and Technology Management and a BSc in Economics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. He spent an exchange year at Harvard University.
