Sebastian has 8 years of experience from private equity, management consulting and business development. Prior to joining VIA equity he worked at Paragon Partners, a Munich-based private equity firm with emphasis on leveraged buyouts with operational value creation potential and at PINOVA Capital, a private equity firm focused on high-growth, innovative SMEs. As a management consultant at Droege & Comp. he previously gained experience in the context of value enhancement programs, in particular with medium-sized companies. Sebastian holds a Dipl.-Ing. in Computer and Communications Systems Engineering from Technische Universität Carolo-Wilhelmina zu Braunschweig as well as an MBA from Collège des Ingénieurs in Paris/Turin/Munich.
