Bio

Olawunmi is a Vice President and the Head of the Legal Team. She is General Counsel, Corporate; and also the Company Secretary. Prior to joining Verod, she was an Associate Legal Officer with the UN International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia in The Hague where she advised on international law, diplomacy and policy matters. Prior to that, she worked as an Associate with Matrix-Solicitors, where she advised clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions. She received an LLB degree from Obafemi Awolowo University and an LLM in International and European Law, with specialization in International Trade & Investment Law from the University of Amsterdam. She was admitted to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2004, and is a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (UK).
