Prior to Veritas, Jay was an Associate at OMERS Private Equity where he focused on investments in healthcare and business services. Previously, he was an investment banking Analyst at Harris Williams in the Diversified Industrials Group. Jay holds a B.A., cum laude, in Politics from Washington and Lee University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
