Prior to Veritas, Christian was a Special Counsel at the law firm of Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, regulatory and general corporate matters, representing private equity funds and their portfolio companies. Prior to Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, he was a Partner in the international law firm of Winston & Strawn LLP. Previously, Christian worked at the Treuhandanstalt in Berlin, Germany, most recently as Director responsible for the privatization of businesses in the heavy machinery, plant construction and engineering sector. Christian holds a law degree from the University of Cologne, Germany and a Master of Comparative Jurisprudence from New York University School of Law.
