Tove joined Verdane´s Stockholm office in September 2017. She is responsible for Verdane’s talent acquisition, employee onboarding and HR functions, which she manages together with Verdane’s Head of Strategic Talent & HR, Blenda Lagerkvist, and Verdane’s in-house operational expert team, Elevate. Tove also runs Verdane’s employer branding efforts, making sure the company attracts the best talent, forecasting future talent requirements and developing recruitment strategies to meet the future needs of the organisation. Her previous experience includes in-app and system development, and competitive equestrian show jumping with Michaels-Beerbaum in Germany.
