A B2B software and SaaS specialist, Pål Malmros works as a Partner and as Head of Software Investments at Verdane. He brings close to 15 years of software company-building experience to Verdane’s company portfolio. At Verdane, Pål has served on the boards of over 10 software companies, including inRiver, C3 Technologies, Forsta, Freespee, and Voyado. He specialises in helping fast-growing software companies scale globally, and has extensive experience coaching management teams in strategy including M&A and internationalisation. He joined Verdane’s Stockholm office in 2007 from the Swedish online directory company hitta.se, where he headed marketing and business development from hitta.se’s early start-up phase and helped it become Sweden’s most widely used online directory. Prior to hitta.se, Pål worked at a number of media, online marketplaces, and technology ventures at leading Scandinavian media group Schibstedt, and as a consultant at McKinsey & Company. Pål holds an MSc from the Stockholm School of Economics and participated in ITESM’s (Mexico) MBA program.
