Bio

Hampus joined Verdane in 2019, having previously worked at the Swedish private equity firm Litorina with small/mid-market Nordic buyouts. Prior to that, he was an investment banking associate at Rothschild & Co covering the Nordic region, working mainly with private equity clients. He has also previously worked at SEB Enskilda’s investment banking division. Hampus focuses primarily on existing holdings and new investments in companies with a digital angle or business model in the advanced industrial and software sectors. Education: Hampus holds an MSc in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics and participated in Fudan University’s (Shanghai) MBA program.
