A Bay Area native, Hannah’s background in private equity and consulting combined with her demonstrated leadership ability with cross-functional teams from 5 to 250 people position her well to successfully lead and run a company. She is enthusiastic about the search fund model and excited to lead an acquired company, drive organizational change, and create value for investors. Prior to co-founding Ven Capital Partners, Hannah worked as Vice President of Development at Seaview Investors, where she led the private equity firm’s hotel development efforts including underwriting, acquisition due-diligence, budgeting, construction, branding, sourcing new investment opportunities, dispositions, as well as asset management related to the company’s asset portfolio. Hannah began her professional career at PwC in the Real Estate Transactional Services practice with a concentration on hotel and mixed-use development, valuation and appraisals, and litigation. Hannah received her MBA from the Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley, and bachelor’s degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
