Bio

Walter founded Vectis together with Stefaan Vanquaethem in 2004, and can rely on an experience of more than 20 years in venture capital for start-ups and SMEs. Since the founding of Vectis as a partner, he has been actively involved in the negotiation, realization and follow-up of the investment files, and has experience as a director in more than 25 growth companies. In a further past, Walter was active between 1996 and 2003 as an investment manager and director at two investment funds (Indas and Trustcapital Partners), and as an industrial advisor at Bank Brussel Lambert. Walter is a Civil Engineer (RUG 1986) and holds an MBA from Vlerick Management School (1991).
