Bio

Maxime has been a member of the Vectis team since 2016. Before that, Maxime was active as an Associate in the corporate finance team of Degroof Petercam, where he assisted companies and shareholders in the field of mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions between 2012 and 2016. He has also gained active management experience in his family business. Maxime is a commercial engineer (KU Leuven, 2011) and has an additional Master in Financial Management (Vlerick, 2012).
