Bio

Has over 12 years of experience in investment management, strategy consulting and M&A advisory. Sergio has supported companies across various sectors by developing and executing operational improvement programs and growth strategies including buy-and-build. Prior to joining VEP in 2010 he has worked as a strategy consultant for Booz & Co and as a corporate finance analyst at Kempen & Co. Sergio holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Maastricht and an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona.
