Has over 17 years of relevant corporate finance and hands-on operational improvement experience. He has done projects in the field of M&A and financial restructuring, strategic consultancy, corporate recovery and general implementation management. Amongst others he was responsible for the strategic repositioning of an independent film distributor and an offshore services company and for the the financial and operational restructuring and subsequent sale of a manufacturer of plastic films for industrial and agricultural applications. Prior to joining VEP in 2000, he worked as a consultant for Price Waterhouse Corporate Finance and Arthur D. Little Corporate Finance. Bob has a degree in Business Administration from Nijenrode University.
