Nick Lindholm is a Vice President primarily responsible for due diligence, portfolio company monitoring and exit opportunity analysis. Prior to joining Vance Street in 2021, Nick worked across both the Consumer Retail and Financial Sponsors groups within the Investment Banking division at Barclays in Los Angeles, participating in the execution of a variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings. Prior to Barclays, Nick was an Investment Banking Analyst at JMP Securities, covering early-stage biotechnology and medical device firms. Nick holds an M.B.A. from UCLA's Anderson School of Management and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. Mr. Lindholm is currently a key member of the following deal teams: Plastic Design Corporation, McFarlane Aviation and Applied Plastics.
