Natalie Yates is the Head of Business Development and Investor Relations, responsible for overseeing the firm’s origination activities and managing relationships with investors and intermediaries. Prior to joining Vance Street in 2021, Natalie was a Vice President on the Sponsor Coverage team at BBVA Compass where she originated and executed leveraged loans to private equity-backed companies across industries. She previously worked in the Investment Banking Divisions of Lehman Brothers and J.P. Morgan. Natalie graduated summa cum laude from the University of Alabama with a B.S. in Finance.
