Bio

Rafał joined V4C in 2012 and since then has been actively involved in deal origination and execution. He was responsible for V4C’s investment in home.pl and currently oversees performance of Konsalnet in his capacity as the member of the company’s supervisory board. Before V4C, he worked for a number of years in investment banking division of UniCredit CAIB (now Pekao Investment Banking) in Warsaw. He was involved in execution of a range of corporate finance and equity capital markets projects in Warsaw and internationally. He was responsible for valuations, financial modelling, as well as overall project management of various transactions. Rafał worked on a number of successful deals involving private equity investors as well as M&A projects for clients in the TMT sector. Prior to these roles, he was an equity research analyst, focused on media and real estate sectors. Rafał is a CFA charter holder. He holds a Masters degree from Warsaw School of Economics, having also studied in Singapore and in Washington D.C.
