Will joined Valor in 2021 as a Senior Director in the Operations Team. Previously, as the Vice President of Operational Excellence at Caraustar Industries, Will designed an operational excellence system from the ground up, and played a critical role with attaining timely synergy targets as a member of the Executive Merger and Acquisitions team. He has served as a Director of Continuous Improvement for Hubbell Utility Solutions, an Operational Improvement Manager for Grief, Inc., and was a founder and managing partner of Streamline Consulting in China. Will brings nearly two decades of experience establishing sustainable continuous improvement systems. Prior to his work in operations, Will designed supercomputer chipsets for Silicon Graphics. Will received his M.B.A. in Operations and Supply Chain Management from The Ohio State University. Will also earned his M.S. and B.S. from The Ohio State University, with majors in computer and electrical engineering, respectively. Will holds a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and is bilingual in Chinese and English.
