Bio

Philippe serves as a Principal at Valor and leads the firm’s internal data science and software function. Prior to this role, Philippe focused on operational growth and interim portfolio management at portfolio companies across Valor’s investment sectors. He originally joined Valor in 2012 as an Operations Specialist. Prior to joining Valor, Philippe was a member of the aerospace navigation laboratory at the Illinois Institute of Technology where his research focused on the integrity performance of the Global Navigation Satellite System using both GPS and Galileo satellite constellations. Philippe holds a Master’s degree in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, as well as a Master’s degree in Mechanical and Materials Engineering from INSA of Strasbourg, France. In addition, Philippe was awarded the CFA charter in September 2016. He is fluent in French and Arabic and conversational in Spanish.
