Modit joined Valor in 2022 as a Vice President on the Operations Team. Prior to joining Valor, Modit was the CEO of Globppack, a sustainable packaging business that he founded in India. His responsibilities at Globppack included identifying strategic product/market fit, developing organizational infrastructure and capabilities, and instituting continuous operational improvements. Modit has also worked as a Senior Consultant in Ernst & Young’s tax consulting practice where he helped multinational corporations unlock efficiencies from a global tax perspective. Modit earned his Bachelor of Commerce from Hans Raj College at Delhi University and an M.B.A. from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He is also a chartered accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
