Megan joined Valor in 2019 and serves as a Director on the Operations Team. In her role at Valor, Megan applies her knowledge of the Salesforce platform to Valor’s portfolio companies, focusing on the optimization of business processes and workflows. Prior to joining Valor, Megan spent four years at Radius Intelligence, where she led Salesforce platform development, optimization, and training. Megan also was responsible for managing many Salesforce-related go-to-market systems and applications leading integration design, implementation of best practices, and onboarding across all teams. Before Radius, Megan worked as a Cloud Consultant and Solution Architect at Benissimo, where she focused on designing and building end-to-end business processes for companies spanning technology, e-learning, healthcare, and social media industries. Megan holds 6 Salesforce certifications including Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant. Megan is also a Certified ScrumMaster.
