Bio

Erik joined Valor in 2017 and serves as a Senior Director in Valor’s Operations Team. Prior to joining Valor, Erik served as a Quality & Operations Consultant with KickStage Consulting. Prior to that, he was a Lean Manager - Division Supply Chain with Parker Hannifin. He formerly spent more than nine years with General Electric serving as an Operations Leader, Lean Leader, and Quality leader across a number of business units, including GE Aviation, GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy, and GE Power & Water. Erik is pursuing his M.S. in Lean Manufacturing from Kettering University in Flint, Michigan. He completed his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan. He also received his A.A. in Fire Science from Bellevue College in Bellevue, Washington. Erik holds a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
