Executive with more than 20 years of management experience in industrial companies in the sectors of Construction, Environment, Waste, Water, Energy, Logistics and Utilities. Has an extensive experience in M&A and Capital Markets transactions, where he led or co-led three Initial Public Offerings (IPO) and hostile Public Tender Offer (OPA), and was subject of individual and institutional public awards, in the field of Investor Relations. Prior to founding Vallis Capital Partners, he was Board Member and CFO of Mota-Engil, SGPS, the largest Portuguese construction group and Non-executive Director of Martifer. He was Board Member of the Portuguese Association of Financial Analysts, Member of the Supervisory Board of EGP - Univ. Porto Business School and Member of the CFO Advisory Board at ISCTE Business School. He has a Degree in Economics and has a Post-Graduation Course in International Financial Management, by the Faculty of Economics of the University of Porto.
