Mr. Pearson has nearly 15 years of transaction and operational experience having held roles in private equity, investment banking, and as a corporate operator. Prior to Validor Capital, Mr. Pearson was an investment banker with Cleary Gull serving clients in the lower and middle markets working an M&A and capital raise engagements. Mr. Pearson also had stints with two private equity firms in Nashville, TN while attending business school. Mr. Pearson has held a number of operational and leadership roles at CLARCOR and General Electric. Mr. Pearson holds a B.S. and M.S.I.E. from the University of Louisville and an MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.
