Chuck is a Managing Director at V&A Capital. Chuck has over 20 years of private equity investment experience, including 17 years at Lincolnshire Management, a $1.7 billion private equity firm based in New York that was ranked a top-5% performing fund. Prior to joining V&A in 2019, Chuck was a co-founder of FinIndustrial LLC, which focused on investing in lower middle market U.S. and European businesses with a strong position in one but not both markets and assisting with growth in the less dominant market region. Prior to founding FinIndustrial, Chuck was a Managing Director at Lincolnshire, where he was focused on deal origination, execution and operational oversight of portfolio investments based in both the U.S. and Europe. Prior to joining Lincolnshire, Chuck was with Putnam Investments, Instructional Systems, Inc. and American Express Bank in Hong Kong. Chuck has served on a number of boards during his career, including Transcraft Corporation, Flexstar Inc., Dalbo Holdings, Inc., Cutters Wireline Services, Inc., Computer Technology Solutions, Inc. (and its affiliate, Peripheral Computer Support, Inc.) as well as others. Chuck is a graduate of St. Lawrence University (B.A. 1990) and Columbia University (M.B.A. 1997).
