Bio

Pierre Bernier, Managing Director, is Head of Human Resources and a member of the Executive Committee. Pierre began his career at Michael Page International where he was initially working in the Asset Management practice in Switzerland and was then in charge of the Financial Services division in Luxembourg. Since joining Unigestion in 2008, Pierre has designed and implemented HR strategies, processes and activities (organisational development, compensation and benefits, performance management, talent acquisition and retention, learning and development) in line with Unigestion’s culture and strategy. Pierre holds a B.B.A degree from the University of Leicester, UK. He has also completed an executive education programme in leadership at the IMD Business School in Lausanne.
