He supports the portfolio companies operationally as well as the Investment Team in the execution of transactions. Before joining Ufenau, Richard Lustig was Head of M&A at the Medaktiv Reha Group, a company of the buyout house Auctus Capital Partners, where he also gained experience in the field of Private Equity. From 2007 to 2016 Richard Lustig worked in several positions in the area of IT, audit and corporate finance at the chemical and healthcare group Bayer. Richard Lustig holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology of FHDW (DE), a Master’s degree of Hult International Business School (US) and a Master in Finance degree of London Business School (UK).
