Bio

Craig Bryan is an M&A and Securities Attorney who served as an U.S. Marine Corps Infantry Officer reaching the rank of Captain prior to going to law school. After his military service, Craig has focused on being a transactional attorney and opened his own law firm specializing in transactional law. His focus has been on structuring and raising money for investment deals, executing mergers and acquisitions, and the buying and selling of businesses similar to the TXCO Capital thesis. Craig enjoys spending time with his family and friends, exercising, eating at all of the great restaurants in Austin, and coaching his children’s sports teams. Being born in Colorado and now having lived in Austin for over 10 years, Craig is passionate about seeing both Central Texas and Colorado continue to grow and thrive.
