Mr. Gaittens is responsible for M&A activities, including acquiring, financing,and exiting portfolio companies. Mr. Gaittens brings over 25 years of finance experience with middle-market companies. Prior to joining TVV, Mr. Gaittens had a number of roles with Bank of America, Merrill Lynch in commercial banking, where he was most recently a senior executive responsible for middle-market commercial banking in Tennessee, Mississippi and Kentucky.
