Bio

Jeb is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of TVC Capital. He focuses his time and energy on the acquisition of and investment in software and software-enabled services firms with at least $10 million in revenue. He has proven to be effective in working closely with management to rapidly professionalize and grow software companies into leaders in their fields. Jeb has had a number of investment successes including the sale of Accordent Technologies to Polycom Inc. (NASDAQ: PLCM); the sale of Del Mar Database to Fiserv Inc. (NASDAQ: FISV); the sale of TechnoCom Mobility to Kapsch (Vienna: KTCG); the sale of TechnoCom MRM to CalAmp Corp. (NASDAQ: CAMP); the sale of Del Mar DataTrac, Inc. to Ellie Mae (NYSE: ELLI); the sale of Ellie Mae to Thoma Bravo; the sale of EdgeWave to GoSecure and the sale of Docupace to FTV Capital. He was a co-founder, President and board member of Backwire.com, Inc., which was acquired by Cricket Communications, Inc. (NYSE: T). Jeb currently serves on the board of directors of Centage Corporation, MediaPlatform, SmartAction, GrowFlow and SpringBig. Jeb also spent time working in the “political industry” in Washington, DC. He was a White House Intern for President George H.W. Bush, and ultimately held leadership roles in DC in the Finance division of the Republican National Committee and in the Dole/Kemp Presidential Campaign, where he was the Director of Strategic Information. He is an honors graduate of Boston College in Chestnut Hill, MA. He attended Oxford University (St. Anne’s College) and graduated with honors from Harvard University, with an MBA from Harvard Business School. He was selected as a Research Associate for Dr. Michael Porter at Harvard Business School and served as an Editor of The Harbus News.
