Kevin joined Turning Basin in 2018 and is currently serving as Chief Financial Officer of ShalePro Energy Services, a Turning Basin portfolio company. At ShalePro, Kevin leads the company’s financial strategy and oversees all financial functions. Prior to ShalePro, Kevin worked for Exxon Mobil Corporation, where he held various Treasury and Controllership roles and supported business activities across the Upstream, Midstream, and Gas & Power Marketing segments. Kevin also pulls from prior experience at Ewing Bemiss (a middle-market investment banking firm focused on energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors) and Keiter (a public accounting and consulting firm focused primarily on middle-market businesses). His broad financial background spans mergers and acquisitions, structured finance, financial reporting, budgeting, and tax strategy. Kevin holds an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, a Master of Accounting degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Longwood University. He held licenses as both a CPA and CFP® while practicing public accounting.
