Bio

Adel A. Saudi is a principal of ASA Consultants, and a co-founder of Tuareg Capital. He is a director of United Bank for Commerce & Investment, Libya, Deputy Chairman of the Housing Bank for Trade & Finance, Algeria, and a board member of Jilavento, a significant real estate investor in Spain. Mr. Saudi was a Senior Manager at Abu Dhabi Investment Company, co-managing a team responsible for investments in private equity, listed equities, real estate and alternative investments. He headed the post-acquisition department and was a member of the Credit and Investment and Alternative Investment Committees. He was a founder of Medvest Holdings, Cyprus, a private investment house focused on emerging markets, private equity and investment banking. He has also worked at Kidder Peabody & Co, Arab Banking Corp., International Bank of Asia Limited and Manufacturers Hanover Trust Co. Mr. Saudi holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Pepperdine University, California.
