Xiaoling Wang is a Director of CITIC Capital Partners responsible for Japan Private Equity investment. Prior to joining the firm in 2009, Ms. Wang worked at McKinsey & Co. as a Business Analyst. Ms. Wang obtained her Master and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the Tsinghua University.​
