Justin Seto is a Director, Legal Counsel in the Legal and Compliance Department responsible for legal support to CITIC Capital’s offshore investment businesses. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Seto was a Senior Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills responsible for M&A, IPO, ECM, Takeovers Code and Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules compliance work. Prior to that, he worked for Ashurst Hong Kong as an Associate and Robertsons as a Solicitor. Mr. Seto received his Bachelor of Laws degree from University of London and Bachelor of Commerce degree from Monash University in Australia. He is a qualified lawyer in Hong Kong.
