Jeff Zhong is a Director, PRC Legal Counsel in Legal and Compliance Department. He provides professional legal and compliance support on CITIC Capital's investment, financing, transaction and fund management in China. He is also responsible for the Company’s daily legal affairs. Mr. Zhong possesses over 10 years of solid experience in dealing with the China legal affairs. Prior to joining us in 2012, he served as a Legal Officer at Chevalier Group and Trainee Lawyer at Jiangsu Top Hope Law Firm. Mr. Zhong received his Master of Law from Nanjing University and Bachelor of Law from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law.
