Nima Kelly joined True Wind in 2021 as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Diversity and Inclusion. Prior to joining True Wind Capital, Nima spent 19 years at GoDaddy where she held several leadership roles that contributed to its scale, including Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. Nima shepherded GoDaddy through its evolution from an entrepreneurial start-up to a publicly traded company; her remit included corporate and regulatory compliance, board governance, mergers & acquisitions, litigation, privacy, intellectual property and internal audit. Nima holds a B.A. in Political Science from Gettysburg College where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
