Bio

Mayank joined True North as Vice President - Legal in 2022. In his previous roles, he has been responsible for facilitating complex equity and debt financing transactions, while also structuring, negotiating and closing numerous investments, exits and corporate guarantees. Prior to joining True North, he worked with Caspian Impact Investment Adviser Private Limited for nine years. He has also worked with the leading law firms in New Delhi. Mayank has completed his bachelor's degree from the Hidayatullah National Law University and was a gold medalist for the year 2009 and has completed his LLM from Jindal Global University in 2021. Mayank is currently pursuing the Post Graduate Programme in Management for Senior Executives from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
