Troy joined Trivest in 1989 and as managing partner leads resource allocation, portfolio oversight, limited partner relations and overall firm administration. Over his tenure at Trivest, he has led the origination, structuring and financing of more than 50 acquisitions and exits. In addition, Troy created many of the Trivest’s key differentiators and plays an active role in Trivest’s unique marketing programs. He is a member of Trivest’s Investment Committee and has served as Chairman or Board Member of numerous Trivest companies including Columbus Recycling, National Auto Care, Northfield Industries and Pelican Water Systems. Outside the firm, he is on the board of Junior Achievement Miami and enjoys spending time on the water with his family. Prior to joining Trivest, Troy spent six years serving in various capacities with Southeast Bank, N.A. in Miami. He received his B.B.A., magna cum laude, and M.B.A. from Stetson University.
