Bio

Amir is a Partner in the firm’s growth/non-control investment strategies (TGIF). He joined Trivest in 2014 and is involved in the origination of investment opportunities, completing transactions, portfolio oversight and fund management. He is a member of Trivest’s Investment Committee and has served as a Board Member of numerous current and historical Trivest companies including Big Truck Rental, Creative Service Partners, EPIKA Fleet Services, Family First Homecare, Jon-Don, TCDI and Turnpoint Services, among others. Prior to Trivest, Amir was with Sun Capital Partners where he spent nearly five years screening and executing middle market transactions across a wide range of industries. Amir began his career at Brown Gibbons Lang & Co., where he focused on mergers & acquisitions, refinancings and restructuring transactions. Amir received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences from Northwestern University and is a CFA Charterholder.
