Bio

Jerry is a founding partner of Trivergance, and has extensive experience in direct marketing, advertising, data aggregation, promotions, telecommunications and production, and his work and creativity have been recognized by both the American Marketing Association and the International Film Society. Jerry is the Chief Operating Officer of Trivergance, works within the investment process, including sourcing, diligence, legal, accounting, and financial administration. Prior to joining Trivergance, Jerry worked at Paradigm Direct and Mosaic Group. At Paradigm Direct, Jerry was the CIO and Internet Division President, creating one of the most successful online direct marketers of consumer subscription services. He also was simultaneously in charge of the design and implementation of the entire IT infrastructure, including all fulfillment and sales tracking of over 60 million customer records a year. At Mosaic Group, Jerry led the United Kingdom division and consolidated five disparate entities into a single operating unit with 1,200 employees. Previously, Jerry successfully built and sold his own advertising agency, SFS Advertising, which was one of the top 10 New Jersey Advertising Agencies, with $60 million in billings for a diverse array of clients. At that time, he also owned an artist management company which managed and developed Morton Downey Jr. and the Morton Downey Jr. Show.
