Bio

Wei joined from Shanghai Xinpeng industrial Co, a publicly listed manufacturing company in China, where he worked as Board Member and President. Previously he spent over 20 years at the German firm Benteler Group in several business units and various managerial positions. His most recent position was Managing Director of Benteler Automotive China which he built from scratch supplying automotive components and systems for major global and local OEMs in China. Wei has Bachelors and Masters degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology in China and a continuation study in modern control at Universitaet-Gesamthochschule-Paderborn in Germany.
