Bio

Prior to joining, Frank was the Head of Financial Control at State Street Jersey Limited. He previously held Financial Control positions at Citigroup and Mourant in Jersey. Frank holds a degree in Banking and Finance from University of Ulster at Coleraine and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
