Ana-Maria Rapeanu joined Triton from Ernst and Young LLP in London, where she was part of the Financial Services, Wealth and Asset Management team. Prior to that, she worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Georgia State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Ana-Maria manages the fund structuring and global tax compliance teams for Triton, the Triton funds and West Park.
