Bio

Prior to joining TriSpan, Ben worked in investment banking with the consumer and retail team of Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BofAML) in London. At BofAML, Ben worked on several multi-billion dollars buy-side and sell-side transactions advising some of the leading multinationals in the sector, including the sale of Home Retail Group to J Sainsbury in 2016. Before joining BofAML, Ben held several internships in finance at investment banks and private equity companies, including Dubai International Capital. Ben holds a 1st class BSc (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Warwick.
