Rachael Rogers Bio

Rachael has spent 20 years working in the HR space and is an experienced global HR leader, providing proactive, commercially focused HR support and advice to clients in the UK, Europe and US. Rachael will handle internal Triple HR matters and also play a key role within the value creation strategy. Rachael will build out HR practices within the Triple portfolio companies post acquisitions and especially in a carve-out situation and also take the lead on hiring plans in portfolio companies. Prior to Triple, Rachel was the Head of HR at Hg Capital and held senior HR leadership positions at Sotheby’s Inc and Serco Plc and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD. Rachael lives in London with her husband. Outside of Triple, Rachael mentors women wanting to develop within private equity and financial services. Rachael enjoys skiing, follows rugby and netball and also regularly goes to music and comedy gigs.
