Bio

Annalisa has 10 years experience in strategy consulting with Bain & Company and internal strategy & M&A for major data companies and exchanges such as Refinitiv, London Stock Exchange and Deutsche Boerse (Qontigo). Annalisa most recently worked at Qontigo (part of Deutsche Boerse) as Head of Strategy and prior to that at the London Stock Exchange and Refinitiv in Strategy & M&A. During her tenure at Refinitiv she was part of the deal team involved in the $27bn sale of the company to London Stock Exchange, with major focus on commercial due diligence and revenue synergies. She also developed the Refinitiv M&A pipeline and led minority investments, such as ModuleQ. She holds a Master in International Management from Bocconi University. Anna lives in south-east London with her husband. Outside of Triple, Anna is part of several expert networks such as Guidepoint, with focus on financial services. Furthermore, Anna is a certified yoga teacher and enjoys multiple sports such as skiing, running, and swimming. Anna is a keen traveller, the last adventure being the Inca Trail in Peru!
