Ryan Horstman joined Trinity Hunt in 2018 and serves as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. Ryan’s responsibilities encompass a broad scope of fund and firm operating initiatives, including compliance, assisting with fund accounting, tax, treasury, valuations as well as supporting fundraising and investor relations activities. From 2013 to 2018, Ryan served as CFO and CCO for Kildare Partners, a private equity fund investing in distressed European real estate assets with more than $3.0 billion of assets under management. Previously, he spent eight years at TPG, a leading global private investment firm with more than $80 billion of assets under management, as Senior Director of Accounting and Finance. Prior to joining TPG in 2005, Ryan was a Senior Manager with KPMG where he focused on the alternative investment clients. Ryan received a B.B.A degree in accounting from Texas Christian University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He lives in Keller, TX with his wife and four children. Ryan enjoys coaching youth sports, supporting local charities, and is an avid Horned Frogs fan.
